What you're buying

TrueCaptcha does one thing: it reads image captchas, at $0.33 per 1,000, in under five seconds, with a stated accuracy of over 90 percent. A human-solving mode is offered at 100 percent accuracy and custom-trained models for particular sites at a custom price and under half a second. When we read the homepage, the live counters showed a 2.2 s average and 765 captchas a minute.

It offers nothing for reCAPTCHA, Turnstile, hCaptcha or any token challenge, and the homepage doesn't pretend otherwise. For a pipeline that meets plain text captchas, $0.33 with 90 percent accuracy is a different trade than $0.65 at a human-typing vendor; for anything else, look elsewhere in this database.
