Seven types carry a published speed: image, reCAPTCHA v2, v3 and invisible v2, Cloudflare Turnstile and challenge, GeeTest v3. No Arkose Labs, hCaptcha, DataDome or Amazon row.
A ceiling is published per type, which nobody else in this set does. The 60 second reCAPTCHA v2 ceiling is half the token's two-minute life; Turnstile's 10 seconds is a thirtieth of its five minutes.

What you're buying
CaptchaAI doesn't sell solves. It sells threads, and a thread is one simultaneous solve. Nine plans differ only in thread count, from five at $15 a month to 5,000 at $7,500, and no plan caps the number of solves. Semi-annual billing takes 5 percent off, annual 10 percent.
That inverts the cost curve of every metered vendor here. At CapMonster Cloud's $0.60 per 1,000, $15 buys 25,000 reCAPTCHA v2 solves; at Anti-Captcha's $0.95 low band it buys 15,789; at DeathByCaptcha's $2.89 it buys 5,190. Above those volumes the $15 plan is cheaper per solve, provided the five threads are actually busy.
The catch is utilisation
A thread you're not using costs the same as one you are. Throughput is threads divided by seconds per solve: at the published 60 second ceiling for reCAPTCHA v2, five threads return at most 43,200 solves a day and about 216,000 a month, an effective $0.069 per 1,000. On Turnstile at the 10 second ceiling the same plan reaches about 1.3 million a month. Both are ceilings that assume the threads never idle, and no real workload does that.
The second catch is burst. The FAQ states that requests over your active thread count are rejected with ERROR_NO_SLOT_AVAILABLE until a slot frees up. There's no queue, so a scraper has to throttle itself to the thread count or buy headroom.
Speed
CaptchaAI is the only vendor in this set that publishes a ceiling per type: image under 0.5 s, reCAPTCHA v3 under 4 s, Turnstile under 10 s, GeeTest v3 under 12 s, Cloudflare challenge under 15 s, invisible reCAPTCHA v2 under 30 s, reCAPTCHA v2 under 60 s. The 60 second figure is half a reCAPTCHA token's two-minute life, which is worth knowing before you set your own timeout.
Coverage and integration
Seven types have a published speed and therefore count as covered on the record. There's no row for Arkose Labs, hCaptcha, DataDome or Amazon WAF, which the metered vendors price. On the integration side there's a direct API, an emulator that mimics other captcha services so an existing integration can be repointed, and a Chrome extension. When we read the Chrome Web Store listing on 2026-09-08 the extension carried 2.6 of 5 from 28 ratings.
Terms
Subscriptions run through PayPal with auto-renewal. Crypto, regional wallets and bank transfer are available on request through a ticket, and so is the free trial, which the FAQ says every new account gets once support activates trial threads. The vendor states a 99.9 percent uptime SLA across regions.
